Terms of use

These terms cover your use of ivenoidea.app, operated by Project Group 21 of Lahore, Pakistan. Using the site means you accept them.

What we provide

I’ve No Idea is educational software: recorded lessons that are written out and narrated in your browser, and a syllabus map showing what has been recorded and what has not. It is in early access, offered free of charge, and parts of it are marked as unbuilt where they are unbuilt.

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We will not pretend otherwise, but nor will we take away something you have paid for, because at present nothing here is paid for.

How you may use it

• Watch, learn from, and take notes on anything published here, for your own study.
• Teachers and tutors are welcome to use the lessons in class or with students, with attribution.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, re-host or resell the lessons, the narration or the syllabus data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, work around technical limits, or use it to break the law or the rules of your school or examination board.

Accuracy, and what this is not

Lessons are produced with the help of AI and are checked by us, but they can still contain mistakes. Treat the material the way you would treat a tutor’s working on a whiteboard — useful, worth following, and worth checking against your own textbook and specification.

Nothing here is examination advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any examination board. Names of syllabuses and boards are used only to say which specification a lesson follows.

Intellectual property

The lessons, narration, handwriting rendering, artwork, software and the name I’ve No Idea belong to Project Group 21. Notes you write in the app are yours; they are stored in your own browser and we never receive them.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular lesson will be correct or suitable for your course. To the fullest extent the law allows, Project Group 21 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including examination results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

What the site stores and who sees it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction — without affecting any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
